Admission

Each year the Hartford Art School reviews 1200 portfolios and receives over 600 applications. We encourage all interested students to schedule appointments to meet us and tour our campus sometime during the fall semester.  This visit can also be an opportunity to have your artwork reviewed. We recommend that you see us as soon as possible for a preliminary look at your portfolio. This provides time to respond to the feedback gathered during your portfolio review. This gives students the chance to return for multiple reviews allowing for the best possible admission decision and financial aid package.
