Deb's 20 years of experience creating and managing design projects for a variety of global corporations includes considerable business-to-business advertising acumen. Her ability to offer strategic design solutions by defining client needs, while strengthening brand awareness, provides a distinctive competitive advantage for her clients. Deb has worked closely with such international companies as Spalding Sports Worldwide, Sherwin Williams, Panasonic and Masco. She has received several awards from CADC, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games as well as American Graphic Design Awards. She also keeps a pulse on design trends and emerging talent through her work as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Visual Communication Design department of the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford.

Kline Holds a BFA from the Hartford Art School. She is actively involved in the design community as a member in AIGA as well as, serving as President of the Connecticut Art Director's Club 2007-2009. Deb is currently serving on the Board of Corporators for the Hartford Art School.
