The 2012 Hartford Art School Alumni Juried Exhibition is exclusively for the graduates of the Hartford Art School. All alumni of the Hartford Art School are invited to submit up to three recent works of art for this juried exhibition, there are no size restrictions on the pieces. The submission process for the juried exhibition will take place online only. All entries must be submitted by August 17, 2012. Entry fees are as follows:
Accepted entries to the 2012 Hartford Art School Alumni Juried Exhibition will be considered for the following cash awards:
All awards will be determined by juror upon installation of exhibition.
Deadline for entries is August 17, 2012 with all accepted works being notified via email by September 17, 2012. A catalogue of the show will be available for sale after the exhibition. Artists must supply a digital file of their artwork. The file size should be 300dpi and a minimum width of 10 inches.
By submitting your entry to the 2012 HAS Alumni Juried Exhibition you agree to allow the Hartford Art School Alumni Committee to reproduce your supplied image(s) for PR, marketing and catalogue distribution. All pieces included in the exhibition must remain within the gallery for the duration of the show and may not be removed until it closes on October 26, 2012. The sale of artwork will be encouraged and a price list will be made available. A member of the HAS Alumni Committee will handle all sales transactions. Pricing provided should reflect a 20% commission to the HAS Alumni Committee. The 20% commission will benefit the HAS Alumni Committee fund.
