We’ve created this opportunity for you to get a sense of the students who make up the Hartford Art School. Through written and videotaped interviews you will see the many personalities are part of the Hartford Art School family. You can read responses to written surveys, get a sampling of their work, and see short video interviews with each student.
The interviews are conducted by a recent HAS grad, Sam McKinness, who took time out of his painting studio—where he was preparing for two major exhibitions at Real Art Ways and The New Britain Museum of American Art— to chat with our current students about their time at HAS and their aspirations beyond their education at HAS. Your best bet is to come for a visit and meet the diverse cast of characters that comprise the Hartford Art School.
